Morning is a periodical artist's book/zine. This issue is titled Look what you made me do and features Keith Claunch, Billy Bartels, Amy Rabas, Mark Peterson, Aravind Kaimal, Danielle Moore, and several other artists on the rise.

Sep 24 // Less than one week left for Morning submissions!
All entries (art, writing, audio, video) for this fall's issue of Morning are due less than a week from today. Oh, the humanity!

This issue is all about passive aggressive joy/hate, and if you haven't read about it yet you can get all the silly details by clicking on brief above. Make sure to read the creative brief and file submission guidelines, and upload your masterwork by September 30th (this Sunday). Any and all are welcome to submit, so start cranking the handle of your happy/sad production machine and let's see what you've got!

Sep 10 // Morning Update: Twenty Days Left!
Things are trucking along at a steamy pace here at the Morning headquarters, and with only 20 days left for all you cool cats and hip hippos to send in your master works for inclusion in this monumental inaugural issue, it seems like a progress update is in order.

This issue will feature four super swank up-and-coming art machines from across the states. You'll get to learn all sorts of juicy details about their most intimate life secrets, and also see some artwork that they've spent months and months of blood, sweat, and beers on.

There will also be a bodacious colored middle section, featuring fancy screen printed joy from the janitorial staff here at Synthetic. And the whole package will be hand-bound, signed, and numbered.

Hopefully that tickles your pickle a little bit. So jump on the bandwagon and hit up the brief and requirements soon, because there are only 20 days left for submissions!

Jun 21 // Brief Available. Title Announced.
The brief for the fall 2007 issue of Morning has been released. This year's theme/title will be "Look what you made me do."

This issue will include artwork, writing, audio, and video, (and there is a detailed brief for each). So check it out and submit your work!

A new simple zine by the friendly folks who go by the names of Lucas and Ryan has been launched, with the simple mission of showing off the swank work of the artists and designers of today. Wow, that sure is simple.
